She can help with all your ante and post-natal issues so that you can get back to a more full and active life with confidence.
For the last 18 years, Barbara has also helped mothers postpartum, to properly retrain their core system from months to years after childbirth. She will help you retrain your core system as a whole to save off unnecessary pain, pelvic floor incontinence and more serious issues like diastasis recti and pelvic organ prolapse – not just immediately postpartum but often later on in your postmenopausal years.
*It is best to get a thorough assessment of your entire core after childbirth before starting any pelvic floor program (e.g. Kegel’s), Pilates, any gym program and especially any activity that involves running.
