At Knocknacarra Physiotherapy Clinic, you are assessed by a Chartered Physiotherapist who is specially trained in Pilates, by the renowned Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute, APPI. Every patient is assessed one on one, and given their own specific exercise programme to best meet their individual needs. We will safely guide you through each exercise. We ensure you use the correct muscle activation and breathing control to make every movement count.
